Adventure photographer Fredrik Schenholm came up with a great idea - sail to the northernmost active volcano on earth and ski down from its 2277m high crater! All in a day's work for a Swedish Viking, but, as the seasoned Icelandic skipper pointed out, winter conditions in the North Atlantic are unfriendly at best and the remote island of Jan Mayen offers no safe harbor. Unfortunately, all Fredrik heard was 'So there is a chance! Volcanoes! Skiing!' He and his enthusiastic group of friends would pay for his selective hearing later in an epic adventure that would rock their world, literally... Take a seasickness pill, get something warm to drink and let the story begin!

The movie had its premiere screening at ANNAPOLIS FLM FESTIVAL 24th of March 2013. This non profit film (actually more like negative profit...) is the outcome of a couple of camera trigger happy friends swept up in an adventure, and was never intended to go this far (meaning I did not plan to spend this much time on editing it). It is the first time I have produced a full length movie so needless to say I am really proud about it!

Yes, it is free to watch the whole movie (TIP if you like!)
