In this short film about Sanlé Sory, the Burkinabe artist discusses the photographs that have been life's work.
Drawn from interviews filmed in 2015, the film provides unique insight into the man and his work. Sory talks about setting up his Volta Photo studio in Bobo-Dioulasso, Burkina Faso, in 1960, his now famous 'dust-ball’ parties, and how technical advances brought change.
