In January of 2009, I visited Chinatown in Los Angeles, CA, during the New Year's festival. I took my Canon 5D Mark II and shot a lot of video but couldn't edit it until Cineform released Neo Scene with its native 5D Mark II support. Neo Scene converts the camera's native MOV files to a lossless AVI intermediate format which can be edited in Premier Pro CS3. The converted files are at leas 6-8 times the size of the MOVs, so Premier struggles a lot as its memory management is less than stellar! I generally save the project after every 2 or 3 editing actions!*

This video is nothing special, just a few clips thrown together with some music added.

* UPDATE:
This video has replaced an earlier version. The new video was made using Cineform Neo Scene build 1.1.2 which, on a Windows XP system without Nero 7 Ultra installed, converts the 5D Mark II's MOV files to *much* smaller AVI files (about 1.5 - 2 times as large as the original), takes only seconds for the conversion and fixes the crushed blacks issue! Premier Pro CS3 no longer choke or crashes when editing with these files.
