I was the project manager for the creation of this video. The history on its inception: I was brought in to troubleshoot a separate video that was already created in Pinnacle and I got that video running for the team. However, the Assistant Director of Outreach Services asked how we could make the video "better" and I had to inform her that the video was as developed as it was going to be with the limitations on the video editing options in Pinnacle and the low resolution images used and poor quality sound voice over. I told her she needed professional editing software like Final Cut Studio and make a "new" video from scratch with high resolution images. Therefore, she went and purchased Final Cut Studio software and lent me a Mac Book Pro to work on it at home. So, I picked my video editing team which was just me and a professional graphic designer, Steffani Brewton; and I lead the Art Direction. I worked with the marketing department to develop the voice-over and script and the audio was shot and edited at the County's video editing department. After completion, the video was presented to the Assistant Director of Outreach Services, the Assistant Director of Branch and Youth Services, and the Director of the Library as an "alternative" to already completed "Pinnacle video". Our video was selected instead and the video was uploaded to YouTube and presented in Copenhagen, Denmark at the "Royal Library, Denmark" as the cornerstone piece for the delegation presentation. http://www.kb.dk/en/
This video was made in Final Cut Studio and took 13 days to complete under an extreme deadline and neither one of us had used Final Cut Studio before.
