Internationally known painter and sculptor, June Leaf reflects on her career and personal engagement with her environments—rural Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia and urban New York City.
This lecture was presented as part of the Visiting Artist Program series titled “The Politics of Individuality”. The series is co-sponsored by Mount Allison University department of Fine Arts, the Owens Art Gallery, and Struts Gallery. “The Politics of Individuality” is funded by a grant from the Canada Council for the Arts to the department of Fine Arts at Mount Allison University.
