Bodyweight exercises are very effective way to strengthen your entire body. One of the best back exercises is the "row", but here, we are transforming a traditional cable machine into a "suspension trainer" to create a more functional environment, similar to "gymnast rings". We are also using a Fit Ball to rest the legs ultimately creates a very unstable environment, forcing all your core muscles to activate and fire evenly. Which means building more muscle, burning optimal fat and feeling stronger!
After the hanging rows, pickup a pair of dumbbells and do a traditional "bent over row" followed by a set of bicep curls. More work means more results...faster!
