A video series for Watford FC's 2019 FA Cup FInal campaign looking at the highs and lows of the club. Chapter 2 looks at the return of Sir Elton John and Graham Taylor in 1996, the instant change in the clubs fortunes leading up to promotion to the Premier League in 1999. Sadly, that season in the top flight didn't pan out how everyone at Watford had hoped.
