Are you living a healthy life? I certainly wasn’t. In 2017 I ended up in hospital diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. It scared me silly, and prompted me to change my life. In this session I’ll tell the story of what happened to me, how I lost 40kg and discovered a genuine love for exercise and fitness.
I’ll talk about motivations, both big and small. Things that helped me lose weight, and keep it lost. How I went from being out of breath walking up a slight incline, to training for a half marathon and generally give some tips on living life as a healthier developer.
