Yasmine Ibrahim is the fellowships coordinator at the Office of Graduate Studies and Research at the American University in Cairo, Egypt (http://www.aucegypt.edu). There she coordinates over twenty graduate scholarships, both internationally and externally funded. She previously served as program specialist at AMIDEAST Egypt and as a part-time coordinator at the University of California Education Abroad Program. She has professional and academic experience in development, social mobility and higher education. She holds an M.A. in political science, with a specialization in professional development, and a B.A. in mass communication from the American University in Cairo.
