Last week our focus was on the Blaze profiles, so our topic of conversation this week is Tempo team members and how you lead, inspire and work with them.
If you have Tempo profiles in your team they will be a Deal Maker, Trader or Accumulator Profile. They are guided by gut feelings, very grounded and will ensure that all the ideas, projects and tasks are implemented. They are great at making sure the team and their clients are taken care of.
Where they struggle is saying NO and not being consulted with... they also don't like last minute change.
In our video this week, we speak about a couple of our Tempo clients and the level of success they have because of the way they "do business". Here's what was said about one of them (Adam Noble - Principal Hugo Alexander Property Group in Brisbane) today on social media from a seller "Adam has been amazing, not just with us but very respectful and thoughtful with our lovely tenants". And last night Suzi Baker - Harcourts Alliance WA was awarded the National Client Experience Award at the Harcourts national conference in Melbourne. I really wish there were more awards in our industry based on client experiences... don't you?
