Are you interested in using data to better inform your work supporting the fraternity/sorority experience? Do you have data you’re ready to use and draw upon, but you're not quite sure where to start? In this workshop, participants will get an overview on the basics of assessment and evaluation and explore ways to create a culture of assessment in your department. We will help you think about the unlikely places where you may find useful data. Participants will also consider the ways that strategic planning, learning outcomes, and student development inform data collection and assessment. Through AdvanceU, you will have a chance to consider the story you want to tell and develop a plan for action.
Program attendees will grow their knowledge in the Core Competencies of Driving Results, Student Learning, and Program Administration.
