The exhibition 'Aftertaste' at Moira (Utrecht) was focused on sensory experiences and the tongue in particular.

Located at the entrance of the gallery, a Lick-it-Ticket machine welcomes the visitors. This device is similar to the one's that normally can be seen in entrances of public service buildings such as post-offices or pharmacies, but instead of a paper queue-number, a fleshy tongue is sticking out, mocking you. At the other corner of the gallery space a fire hose is swinging its tail in boredom, waiting for action.
