This video begins with clean electric piano for reference. The riff is repeated twice for each effect with the exception of the last pedal (which probably needs a whole video unto itself).
In order of appearance:
Roland Phase II AP-2
Maestro Stage Phaser
Electro Harmonix Small Stone EH4800
EarthQuaker Devices Grand Orbiter (phase setting only)
Maxon Phase Tone
Boss Super Phaser PH-2
MXR phase 100 (Dunlop reissue)
Frequency Central Gemini Dual Core Phase Shifter
-The riff was played on a 1972 Fender Rhodes Mk1 suitcase piano which has been fully serviced and has new rubber, not felt, hammer tips.
-Audio levels sent to the pedals were kept consistent by the use of the Pigtronix Keymaster.
-Depending on the effect and its settings output volume can vary drastically, but in an effort to stay true to the pedals' sounds no compression was used.
I hope you enjoy this little demonstration and if you have any feedback I'd love to hear it.
Many thanks to Adam (stompboxsonic.com) and Andy (akavalve/Studio8).
