LILLEMON, DENNIS, 62, of Middle Township, passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, December 22, 2011.
Dennis owned Lillemon Plumbing and Heating and was well known throughout the community. He was the Commander of the prestigious Swainton Yacht Club, an institution he founded with membership extended to all who visited.
Dennis is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Deanna (nee Logue); two sons, Dennis Jr. and Derek; his mother, Mildred "Twisty" Lillemon; a sister, Diane (Jack) Young; his four legged buddies, Max and Harley; and many family and friends who will miss him dearly. He was predeceased by his father, Wayne Lillemon.
Dennis served his country during the Vietnam War, receiving honorable discharge following two tours of duty.
Dennis was a great man with a big heart. He lived a simple, yet full life; receiving his greatest pleasure from time spent with family and friends. His love of people carried him to many a complete stranger and brought forth conversation, often leaving with a new friend. He loved to dance and was an avid NASCAR fan. He also loved to putter in his garage and nothing was exempt from a can of spray paint. Perhaps his greatest legacy is the generosity, gifts of time, smiles and kind words he shared with all.
