Derek and Jess' wedding day was an exciting one for us. Not only did we get to spend the day with an amazing couple, we got to work with some of our favorite vendors in one of the most amazing venues in Hampton Roads - The Chrysler Museum of Art.

Derek and Jess have been together for three years, and best friends for the last eight. Jess told me she felt like their friends and family have known all along they were meant to be together.

Derek, Jess, and their bridesmaids and groomsmen definitely put the party in bridal party. Not only were they all stunning, they were all beyond talented! Jesse's bridesmaid Courtney, who you see singing to Jesse while they were getting ready, sang "Feels Like Home" by Edwina Hayes during the ceremony and "Lucky" by Jason Mraz during their first dance. And check out Derek's groomsman who preferred cowboy boots to pants during his reception entrance!

Oh my, the dancing! We would be intimidated dancing with this group! Their wedding definitely featured the most epic dance-off we've ever witnessed. Not only that, but the most epic air guitar solo to "Sweet Child of Mine" - he played the ENTIRE song! To top it all off, Jess and her bridesmaids did a choreographed flash mob to Katy Parry's "Firework".

Derek deploys in June and won't return until just after their one year anniversary next November. Until then, they are enjoying every minute of being newlyweds. We are so happy for you guys!!

We love these vendors!!
