Le personnage de Boum fait le choix de ne plus consommer d'énergie nucléaire. Une fois cette décision prise, il doit trouver des solutions pour s'éclairer et se chauffer. Mais la centrale nucléaire voisine est malade… Sans organisation collective, l'action individuelle trouve ses limites.
