7 días sin ellas (7 days without women) is the Spanish adaptation of British reality TV show: The Week The Women Went. 7 días sin ellas is a sociological experiment that seeks to highlight how relevant women are in various social contexts.
The show follows nine conventional families – each one with its own unique structure – after all their female members are sent away to a resort for a week, whilst all other members stay home and are forced to take over and look after all what their female relatives (who are now gone) used to do at home.
