As Lori McCreary says on becoming a Producer: “You Don’t Need Permission. Just Do It”. That's just what I did. With no prior producing or directing experience I "just did it". I made "The Box".

It took me 40 years to develop the wisdom, courage and confidence to shake off the self doubt and the naysayers and finally do what my heart had wanted to do all along - make movies.

"The Box" was my first and I'm incredibly proud of it. It was the best/worst, most miserable/fun, hardest/most wonderful thing I had ever done up to that point in my life.

Against every kind of obstacle known in the film industry, we finished it and I think it's amazing for a first film.

I hope you enjoy and I hope you know that it's never too late to pursue a dream.

SYNOPSIS: At the height of the Civil War, two young lovers pledge their love and devotion. Their dreams are shattered as tragedy shakes their world to the core. More than 100 years later, Madison is discontent with relationships. She feels strangely connected with a new friend who shares something which mysteriously ties the present to a not-so-distant past! Can true love transcend war, death and eternity?
