NOTHING CHANGES IF WE DON’T. We are at a crossroads. Now more than ever, we need to change things. This time it starts with taking a look in the mirror. That’s what this is all about. This PSA is one of many in a campaign tackling bias in advertising in all its ugly forms – sexism, ageism, bigotry, homophobia...the list goes on.
The “Nothing Changes If We Don’t” Initiative was started by award-winning ad agency Oberland (thisisoberland.com/nothing-changes-if-we-dont). They had a great idea and went for it. Since then, it has been written about in all the major ad publications and is currently making noise on the awards circuit.
The campaign has the advertising world’s attention, and this PSA in particular played at Cannes Lions this June 2019.
