This is a video documentary of my solo ride to the Arctic Circle in Alaska on "Hester", my Scarlett red Harley Road Glide. I intended to take the trip with my friend Martin, but he died suddenly, leaving me to make the 10,000 trip alone to hang his hat on the Arctic Circle monument.
The adventure began in Dallas, Texas and included the historic Alaska-Canada Highway, beautiful Banff/Lake Louise, and the treacherous Dalton Highway up to Coldfoot Camp deep inside the Arctic Circle. The return route carried me down through the scenic Cassiar Highway, Seattle east to Sturgis and the Black Hills areas before heading south back to Dallas.
It was the adventure of my lifetime. Enjoy!
