The presidential election and presidential candidates Trump and Clinton were obviously covered by all major media outlets, but Danish TV 2 went a more personal route for a non-American network. This was achieved by showing the media circus from the correspondents’ point of view. For a foreign media TV 2 had the most relevant, most personal and most compelling coverage of the election – both on traditional TV and digital platforms.
