GLOW Dance Festival 2012

Produced as part of the Boys Dancing programme, Bricks is a screen dance film which was performed by learners at HM Prison Stoke Heath. Working within the constraints of a category C prison, Bricks was choreographed over a period of 4 days and filmed in just over 4 hours.

By fusing poetry, spoken word and energetic choreography, Bricks weaves together a tale of sadness and despair amidst an environment of fear and isolation.
