Before the age of digital photographic reproduction, NYC photographer Ed Judice was commissioned by Polaroid to create 12,000 original SX-70 portraits of the same subjects. Edwin Land had these 12,000 images sent to 12,000 camera shops throughout America so people, for the first time in history, could see and hold an SX-70 photograph. We invited Ed to come to our studio in Brooklyn to share more about this incredible story.
