Inspired by Richard Shusterman's philosophy of Somaesthetics (the theory and practice of cultivating inner bodily sense perceptions for more aliveness and heightened awareness of outer sensory beauty), these pieces feature slow dissolves of my photographs and videos of the natural world (NatureBeingArt) with ambient music to create "breathing room" for aesthetic inspiration and somatic restoration.

Begin with an easy awareness of your breathing; extend the length of your exhale at times to increase relaxation; and let your tensions dissolve. And as your body settles, let your attention wander as the images and music create a moving mosaic of interweaving forms, colors, textures and tones.
