"I am completely obsessed with what I eat, what I weigh, and how much I exercise, and most of the time I feel like a total loser inside. But for some reason, everyone else thinks I have it all together. In fact, they tell me that they wish they could be ""perfect"" like me. I'd like to start seeing a counselor for my issues, but I guess I'm afraid that everyone will find out I'm not perfect, and they won't like me anymore. Is this rational? What should I do?"
