"I don't worry about my weight at all. In fact, I refuse to be in bondage to worrying about what I eat or what I weigh, so I just eat whatever I want, whenever I want. I am overweight but at least I'm not obsessing about eating and weight all the time. I've tried to help my daughter see my point of view on this - she's thin but always worries about gaining weight. She says I'm not any healthier than she is. How can I help her understand that obsessing all the time is worse than being overweight?"
