Changing the way you think about arts and culture participation, Audience Matters was a day-long workshop in Cleveland, OH. As new challenges and opportunities emerge in arts and culture, these thought leaders shared their ideas on how to respond to the ever-changing environment.
Charlie I. Miller is the Resident Multimedia Specialist for The Denver Center Theatre Company (DCTC). He has designed video projections for seven productions in the past three seasons, including Dracula, Mama Hated Diesels, When Tang Met Laika and The House of the Spirits, for which he received a Denver Post Ovation Award. Charlie is creator and host of DCTC’s online video series, “10 Minutes to Curtain,” and is Co-Curator of Off-Center, the Denver Center’s new initiative dedicated to experimenting with new theatrical forms and creating interactive theatrical experiences. Charlie graduated from Harvard in 2008 with a BA in Visual and Environmental Studies (film, video, and multimedia production); his honors thesis production, username: FAUST, was a multimedia retelling of the Faust legend exploring the mysteries of Internet celebrity.
