Learn how to take your Yoga practice to the mountain! Pre-season and in-season conditioning that builds your strength and flexibility will allow you to increase endurance, assist in faster muscle recovery, and can aid in avoiding injury. This series will guide you in strengthening, opening, and balancing your body. We will explore the roles of the core, hips, feet, and breath in cultivating strength and stability both on the yoga mat and on the mountain.
All are welcome, especially beginners! If you are new to Yoga, please let us know – we would like to ask a few questions and prepare you for class.
