SUMMARY: After a near death experience, a young woman begins a journey through the Andes looking for a balance with nature in a three thousand years old ceremonial center.

The film will explore the relationship between consciousness, body movement, and natural and cultural landscapes through the staging of a pilgrimage traveling eastward from the Pacific coast to the ceremonial center of Chavin, located in the central Andes of Peru. Once the character reaches the temple, she participates in an initiation ritual with a 'teacher plant' (Wachuma, also known as San Pedro Cactus, scientific name Trichocereus pachanoi) after which she meets the spirit that resides inside the temple and is reborn into a new level of consciousness.

SINOPSIS: Luego de una experiencia cercana a la muerte, una joven inicia una peregrinación a través de los Andes buscando el equilibrio con la naturaleza en un centro ceremonial de más de tres mil años de antigüedad.

El cortometraje explora la relación existente entre la conciencia, el movimiento corporal y el paisaje natural/cultural a través de la puesta en escena de una peregrinación que va desde la costa central peruana hasta el centro ceremonial originario de Chavín de Huántar en el centro de los Andes. Una vez que la peregrina llega al templo, participa en un ritual de iniciación en donde luego de una ceremonia tendrá un encuentro con el espíritu que reside en el interior del templo y renacerá a un nuevo nivel de conciencia.
