Brewer, will discuss Darkness to Light’s journey from startup to international influencer with nearly 13,000 volunteers and 1.7 million adults trained. Previously, Katelyn was Chief of Operations for Washington, D.C. based Children of Fallen Patriots and Director of Strategic Engagement for Africare where she managed regional business development for Southern and Eastern Africa. Katelyn’s work continually demonstrates that grassroots community initiatives lay the groundwork for organizations to expand their missions globally.
Katelyn is a graduate of Wheaton College in Boston, MA with a bachelor’s in International Relations and French. She lives in Charleston, SC, with her spouse.
