A small 200 Watt High Frequency AC Tesla Coil is electrically hooked up to an Asymmetric Capacitor. When AC power is applied to the capacitor, the motion of the capacitor is studied. A laser pointer is attached to the large base of the capacitor plate. It's observed a rocking motion occurs when the field is turned ON and then turned OFF. It's also observed on average when the field is turned ON, the capacitor swings to the left indicating a net gravity / anti-gravity thrust or space warp field is being produced. The thrust is not produced by ions because AC displacement current is being used between the plates of the asymmetric capacitor.
