"Kio Kio", produced by Peter Vandergrift and directed by Louisiana Kreutz
On the remote south Pacific is the Anaa Atoll, a 15 square-mile dot in the Pacific Ocean some 220 miles east of Tahiti. A group of conservationists work with the island's population to restore the bone fish (locally known as Kio Kio) population from years of over-fishing. Now through Eco-tourism and fly fishing sportsmen there is hope to save an island's economic future by preserving its marine biodiversity.
