2. Public Hearing: Major Subdivision Amendment to Phase I of Village Green
Subdivision; Cumberland Village Green subdivision to reflect stream buffers and

4. Public Hearing: Shoreland Zoning Permit, the Town of Cumberland requests a permit
for construction of stairs and footbridge for shoreline access from Route 88 to the clam
flats; at the existing right-of-way between Tax Map and Lots U06A, Lot 17 and R02, Lot
17 as required in the Shoreland Zoning Ordinance Section 14 Table 1(23.
5. Public Hearing: To recommend to the Town Council draft zoning amendments to the

6. Public Hearing: To recommend to the Town Council draft zoning amendments to
Section 104.141 definition of Self Storage Facilities and to add Self-Storage Facilities as
a permitted use to Section 204.9.1.29 in the Village Center Commercial (VCC) district
of the Zoning Ordinance.
204.9.1.29: Self Storage Facilities
104.141 Self Storage Facilities- Self-Storage Facility: A structure divided into separate
compartments used to meet the temporary storage needs of small businesses, apartment
dwellers, and other residential uses. A fully enclosed building with individual, controlledaccess storage units that are leased or rented for the exclusive purpose of storage of nonhazardous personal or business property. The building shall have no more than four exterior
bay doors and each unit shall have individual access from the interior of the building.
7. Public Hearing: To recommend to the Town Council draft zoning amendments to the
Section 4.6 Public Acceptance of Streets, Recreation Areas of the Subdivision
Ordinance.
