Here in Egypt, ẓaḥma is a commonly used word and almost a way of life; it means chaotic traffic or crowds.
At first glance a seeming whirlwind of disorganization, things are never what they appear on the surface. In a place where time efficiency is not always a priority, other facets of human nature are revealed in the "systemless" system.
