Last week we talked about "your brand", in a sense that if there was a negative perception of your brand. What do you do?
The simple and short answers are that you need to do some research. Find out when your brand took on a negative perception. You also need to find out why your brand changed.
Once you know the answers to those things, you can create a timeline and work your way to the answer of when things went wrong.
