Julie Peck helps us understand how we learn, and the conditions for learning. She notes that a great deal of our behaviour, thinking and feeling can be understood as habits. She gives a number ideas for unravelling the habitual, and to bring the behaviour into the moment, allowing us to attend to it.
She provides examples how one can integrated the ideas into daily activities.
