Bradley was first introduced to RoyOMartin through our Woodworks curriculum in his high school. After touring the plant and meeting some employees and executives, he decided to forego college and go straight to work at our Chopin plywood mill. Thanks to the efforts he has put into our Pay for Knowledge and Skills (PKS) program, he is now making more money than a lot of college graduates and he has great benefits!
