Here is an example of emailing from Interlink iPad / Browser interface for CommitCRM. When you click on the button to send an email out on a ticket, it automatically pulls in all the ticket recipients. You can add email address or remove email addresses before sending. When you send the email, it sends out your message and also includes the ticket information, ticket number, your contact information and the email subject and message you typed out. It also attaches your message as a history note. If the user responds to the message, it will attach their response as an email on the ticket as well.
