A neighborhood replete with cultural history, geographical iconography, and steeped in a performing arts ethos deserves no less than it's own two-day multi-disciplinary festival.
When there is so much cause to celebrate, it would be a crime not to. Enter, therefore, this cause-celebre, the Harlem Arts Festival, which is proposing to showcase the already rich cross-platform arts heritage and innovation of a certain brownstone-laden uptown enclave.
