On September 19, staff from the California Municipal Utilities Association along with representatives from Irvine Ranch Water District, Sweetwater Authority and Los Angeles Department of Water and Power held a webinar to discuss the state of water loss in California. The presentation features information on national trends, a summary of the current proposal by the State Water Board and CMUA's alternative approach to achieving water loss in California.
