At the TodaysArt festival 2010, Prompters staged several public interventions, among which 'Beamfever' (plankenkoort), a teleprompter installation projecting English and Dutch reflections about the development of the city.

Prompters is an occasional collaboration, in this case between Peter Zuiderwijk, Karin Mientjes and Onno Dirker. It was born out of a repetitive urge to speak out without the burden of institutionalised authorship. Questions of ownership arise; who owns an insight artistically, who has a claim on an image?
