I have been practicing and teaching yoga and other mindful work with the body and mind for over 20 years. My life journey lead me from classical ballet to modern dance and then to yoga, pilates, mindfulness and yoga psychology. I help women and young girls deal with stress and anxiety. I help them feel good in their body, enjoy movement, follow their dreams and live their lives fully. I also encourage people to laugh more often and to dance and swing their hips as if no one is watching! Life can be full of JOY!
I’m a certified teacher of dance, yoga, yoga psychology, pilates, mindfulness and Embody Love Movement facilitator. I’m a member and teacher at the Czech Mindfulness Club and a member of the expert team of the Czech Institute of Mental Health developing and implementing programs of social-emotional learning to Czech schools.
And I’m a mother of a teenage girl and boy who are my greatest life teachers.
I live with my two children, Cypriot husband and a dog in Prague, Czech Republic.
