A 17-minute musical film, ‘’Where is Rosa’’ takes place in a garage complex in the suburbs of Tbilisi. Isolated amongst fields and hills, the former geology machine garage buildings now serve as warehouse storage spaces for bathroom goods — including jacuzzis. ‘’Where is Rosa’’ features four Jacuzzi characters who deliver monologues, singing to each other from various spaces of the garage yard.
