Official/unofficial music video for White Light Riot. Shot entirely on HD Flip Cam using only available light. Worked out perfectly, since we wanted to accentuate the dirty underbelly that the song implies with a very raw, almost tainted look to the piece. Now, the animal heads idea is not a novel thing, but we felt the metaphorical message of the song asked for it. Originally, we thought about the entire animal outfit, but went with the head on a real person's body for the creepy feel, as well as it allowing us to give them more detailed actions to do. Now "wolves" really speaks to the animals we turn into when we imbibe or ingest or partake in whatever extra-curriculars we prefer, but the result for some isn't pretty. Fun, goofy, dark and dirty. That's what we wanted to get. And I think we got it. Shot on location throughout Minneapolis.
