This is the second session of a five-session workshop series. The series is designed to help small business owners starting a new business. These workshops were given by the Greater Bridgeport, Connecticut chapter of SCORE in 2011.

This session focuses on your business concept and step-by-step guidance in researching your idea, your market and your competition. At the end of this session, you are able to: identify your target markets, describe your products or services, and collect key competitive information to support your feasibility plan.
