Crescent Cove is a special place, imagined by a young woman at the end of her life. Crescent Cove offers care and support to children and young adults with a shortened life expectancy, and to their families who love them, at no cost to them.
The respite and hospice home for children was made possible in part by donors through the Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation.
