Advertising is a game of connection. When you figure out how to connect on a level the consumer is familiar with, then you've not only won the consumer's heart but you've given them a reason to believe in what you're selling. Good advertising elicits sales, great advertising elicits more sales and the best advertising elicits loyalty. Ultimately, loyalty means I have done my job.
