I love pie. Love, love, adore and am infatuated with it. It took me a while to get the hang of glutenous pie crusts, and then I ran the gamut with gluten-free ones. This crust can be mixed, rolled and baked immediately, which is one of the reasons I adore it - no chilling, no worrying that it's going to break apart. Have at it.
