"Aut Caesar aut nullus" is a denunciation of people's docility when confronted with a rallying symbol and ideology.
The film is intended as a parody as well as a very contextualized social analysis, and intends to achieve this goal through a chronological depiction of the main events that constituted Adolf Hitler's Third Reich, ironically coupled with Charles Chaplin's speech in The Great Dictator.
