Minga: A Quechua word used by indigenous peoples of the Andes and the Amazon to describe a cooperative, communal work party. Strenuous work is repaid in food and drink and leads to a night of music and dancing. We are bringing the concept of a Minga into the field of education. In this new space, students and professors from diverse parts of our global community come together to collaborate, build better pedagogy, and promote clearer communication at a local and international level.
